My Pickleball Recovery with Theragun Mini

Three Settings

By holding down the on button on the side, the Theragun is at level one. Hold down for a longer period and then level two begins. My favorite level is level three and it has the strongest power of the three settings. In addition, the massage device has a zippered carry case and a power supply that allow the device to be charged. Plug into the wall when done with your session and it will be ready to go and fully charged for the next time you use it!
